Delivery Terms:

Service Delivery

Flight Tickets and Reservations: Flight tickets, hotel bookings, tour packages, and other travel services will be sent to the customer via email or SMS once the payment process is completed.

Visa Applications: Visa applications will be processed once all required documents are completed, and the approval from the relevant consulate or embassy is obtained. Customers will be regularly updated about the status of their visa application.

Car Rentals and Transfers: Car rental or transfer services will be delivered as agreed with the customer, at the specified time and location mentioned in the reservation.

Service Time and Delays

All services will be delivered on the dates specified in the reservation confirmation. In case of delays caused by airlines, hotels, or other service providers, ALZEİN Global Travel will notify the customer and provide alternative solutions.

In the event of emergencies or force majeure that prevent the service from being provided, an alternative solution or cancellation of the service will be offered.

Cancellation and Return Terms:

General Return Policy

Since most of our services are travel-related, bookings for services such as flight tickets, hotel reservations, and car rentals are generally non-refundable. However, the cancellation and return policies will be subject to the policies of the service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

Flight Ticket Cancellations and Modifications

Flight tickets are generally non-refundable or non-modifiable. However, some airlines may allow refunds or changes under certain conditions. Cancellations or modifications will be subject to the policies of the airline.

Requests for cancellations or changes should be made through our customer service, and they will be processed according to the airline's policies.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and return policies for hotel bookings vary according to the policies of each hotel. Most hotels offer a refund guarantee for cancellations made within a certain period. Based on the hotel’s policy, a refund of 50%-100% may be granted if cancelled within the specified time.

Cancellation requests should be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

Car Rental and Transfer Return Policy

Car rental and transfer services are subject to certain cancellation policies at the time of booking. If the reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, the full amount will be refunded. However, if the cancellation is made within 48 hours, the full amount is non-refundable.

Visa Applications

Visa application fees are non-refundable after the process has started. If there are errors or missing documents in the application, the application may need to be resubmitted, and additional fees may apply.
